Don David (1906- )...Born: Springberg, OR
Studied: Art Center School (Los Angeles), Chouinard Art Institute (Los Angeles)
Member: California Watercolor Society.
Don David attended Fresno State College in 1927 and received watercolor instruction from Alexandra Bradshaw. He continued his studies in Los Angeles with Barse Miller in the 1930s and produced California Style watercolors until the early 1950s. He then moved to New York, studied with Hans Hofmann and has since focused on painting abstract art.
