MARJORIE STEVENS b. 1902...Terra Haute, IN.
Studied: Privately with George Post.
Member: American Watercolor Society, Society of Western Artists.
Marjorie Stevens took instrucion in watercolor painting from George Post and, briefly from Dong Kingman. By the 1950s, she was painting on a regular basis, exhibiting her watercolors professionally and working as a chiropractor in San Francisco. She also served on the board of directors of the California State Fair Art Exhibition.
