RETURNS We guarantee
every item we sell to be as described. If you are not fully satisfied with an
item you have purchased from Calart.com, please notify us of your intention to
return the item within 3 days of receipt.
Items
must be returned within 7 days of delivery & be received in the exact same
condition as it was originally packaged and shipped. After item is received
& determined to be in it’s original condition, buyer will be issued a full
refund (minus all shipping costs). Initial shipping, return shipping and
insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING All items on
this site can be shipped within the Continental U.S. However, some may not be
eligible for international shipping (please contact for confirmation). Most U.S.
orders will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested. International
orders will ship via USPS as they are typically far less expensive than UPS
& Fedex for international service. Shipping charges are determined by the
size & dimensional weight of the package...not the price. The shipping
charge for most paintings will typically range from 15.00 to 45.00. If a package
exceeds 130" in girth, an oversize charge of an additional 50.00 will be charged
by UPS. |

LAY-A-WAYS Lay-a-way is
available on all paintings over 300.00 for a 90 day period. Discounts cannot be
made for lay-a-ways & a down payment of 25% is required. After initial
payment has been made, customer can make payments of any amount at any time. The
item must be paid in full by the end of the 90 days. If the item is not paid in
full by the end of the 90 days, the item may be returned to stock. Any
payment(s) customer has made will not be refundable, but may be used as a credit
towards future purchases (some exceptions apply). |
