EDITH MAUDE MILLER (1889-1964)

EXHIBITED: Painters & Sculptors of LA, 1929; Tujunga-Sunland AA.

Miller was a resident of Oklahoma City before settling in Los Angeles in 1924. Working in oil and watercolor, she produced many plein air landscapes. She was often the painting partner of Clifford Baldwin and Florence Young. Deaf and a spinster, she died in Los Angeles on Feb. 6, 1964.
