LEONARD CUTROW (1910-1992) Born: Russia; Studied: Art Center School (Los Angeles); Member: California Water COlor Society. Leonard Cutrow received a Huntington Hartford Residence Fellowship to study at the Art Center School. Cutrow exhibited his watercolors with the California Water Color Society in the 1940s and 1950s. Leonard Cutrow also taught art at the Art Center School and the University of Southern California school of Architecture.
